本研究探討金融業企業的內部CSR及外部CSR透過綠色流程創新如何影響企業永續績效,進而提高永續發展,以及分析過程中影響內部CSR及外部CSR效果的因素。 本研究以國內金融業企業之員工做為研究對象,透過企業之員工對其服務的公司採用便利抽樣方式於網路線上發放問卷,發放時間為2023年2月至2023年4月,回收共217份有效問卷,研究的結果分析如下: 1. 內部企業社會責任對綠色流程創新有正向影響。 2. 外部企業社會責任對對綠色流程創新有正向影響。 3. 綠色流程創新對永續績效有正向影響。 4. 綠色流程創新在內外部企業社會責任與永續績效之間具有中介效果。 |
| 英文摘要 |
This study explores how the internal CSR and external CSR of financial enterprises affect the sustainable performance of enterprises through green process innovation to improve sustainable development. And the factors that affect the effect of internal CSR and external CSR in the analysis process. This study takes the employees of domestic financial companies as the research object, and distributes questionnaires on the Internet through the convenience sampling method of the employees of the companies they serve. The distribution time is from February 2023 to April 2023, and a total of 217 valid questionnaires were collected. The results of the study are analyzed as follows: 1. Internal corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on green process innovation. 2. External corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on green process innovation. 3. Green process innovation has a positive impact on sustainable performance. 4. Green process innovation has a mediating effect between internal and external corporate social responsibility and sustainable performance. |
