現今幾乎所有的企業都隨著時代變遷而走向資訊化，因此需導入軟體
系統與專案，但軟體開發專案的失敗率一直居高不下，因此影響專案成敗
的因素值得探討，本論文藉由質性研究半結構式的訪談方式，訪談負責軟
體開發專案的經理人，就目前影響軟體開發專案成功與否的因素進行研
究。本研究從多位專業且有多年管理軟體開發專案的經理人經驗中，發現
雖然每一個軟體開發專案皆不盡相同，也無法完全複製，但仍可以藉由管
控一些重要因素來提升軟體專案的成功率，以及控制好成本與品質等要
素。
    欲提升軟體專案的品質，不單單需要技術良好的工程師，也要將專案
的整個流程的每個細節控制好，找出所有流程節點會遇到的問題，這也需
要團隊的經驗與配合方可達成。具體而言在軟體開發專案中幾乎所有的項
目都是由人來掌控與管理，因此有經驗的人才是十分重要的，把對的人安
排在正確的位置，將能提高專案的成功率。

Nowadays, almost all enterprises are becoming informatized as the times change. Therefore, software system projects need to be introduced, and the failure rate of software development projects has always been high. Among them, there are many factors that affect the success or failure of projects. This thesis applies the semi-structured interview to ask managers responsible for the software development project to highlight the factors affecting the outcomes of software development projects. In this study, from the experience of several professional managers who have managed software development projects for many years, it has been found that although each software development project is different and cannot be completely copied, it can still improve the rate of success of the software project by controlling some important factors such as cost and quality. To improve the quality of a software project, not only a skilled engineer is required, but also need to attend to every details and nodes of the entire process.  Furthermore, it also requires team ’s experiences and cooperation. It can be seen that almost all projects in the software development project are controlled and managed by people, so experienced talents are very important. Arranging the right people in the correct position will increase the success rate of the project.
