本研究針對淡江大學進行組織溫室氣體盤查,並深入探討教職員生通勤與返鄉行為所造成之碳排放,目的在於建立完整的碳盤查架構並提出具體減碳策略。研究依據ISO 14064-1:2018標準,將排放來源劃分為六大類別,運用排放係數法計算各類別的碳排放量,並聚焦於第三類(間接運輸相關排放)進行分析。 研究方法透過問卷調查方式,蒐集學生與教職員之通勤模式、距離與交通工具等資料,並運用描述性統計、交叉分析與單因子變異數分析探討不同變項對碳排放的影響。研究結果顯示,雖然通勤排放量在總體碳排中占比不高,但因涵蓋人數龐大,整體影響不容忽視。 全校在111年溫室氣體量化的結果為29,625公噸CO2e ,類別三的排放量最高,達到14,179 (47.86%) 公噸CO2e/年,其餘類別一、類別二、類別四及類別五分別為762 (2.57%) 公噸、11,680 (39.42%)公噸、2,330 (7.86%)公噸、675公噸 (2.28%) CO2e/年。於通勤方面分析結果,大一學生的碳排放量明顯高於其他年級,原因與交通工具、通勤頻率、通勤距離密切相關。 |

This study conducted an organizational greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory for Tamkang University, with a focus on analyzing the carbon emissions generated by commuting and returning-home behaviors of faculty, staff, and students. The objective was to establish a comprehensive carbon inventory framework and propose concrete carbon reduction strategies.Based on the ISO 14064-1:2018 standard, emission sources were categorized into six major types. The emissions from each category were calculated using the emission factor method, with a particular emphasis on Category 3 emissions (indirect emissions related to transportation). The research methodology involved a questionnaire survey to collect data on commuting patterns, distances, and modes of transportation used by faculty, staff, and students. Descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation, and one-way ANOVA were employed to examine the influence of different variables on carbon emissions. The results showed that although commuting emissions accounted for a relatively small portion of total emissions, their overall impact should not be overlooked due to the large number of individuals involved. In 2022, the total quantified GHG emissions of the university were 29,625 metric tons of CO₂e. Category 3 emissions were the highest at 14,179 metric tons of CO₂e/year (47.86%), followed by Category 2 with 11,680 metric tons (39.42%), Category 4 with 2,330 metric tons (7.86%), Category 1 with 762 metric tons (2.57%), and Category 5 with 675 metric tons (2.28%) of CO₂e/year. Commuting analysis revealed that first-year students had significantly higher carbon emissions than students in other years, mainly due to factors such as transportation mode, commuting frequency, and commuting distance. |
