Abstract (in Chinese)
本篇技術報告是本人在 英業達股份有限公司的研發單位的實習期間,所了解與接觸到的所有見聞。報告內容包含英業達企業相關介紹、實習工作內容、心得與對於機構常用的製造工藝項目的介紹等。在實習中學習到塑膠、衝壓、壓鑄、SMT等等的製造知識,也參與產品專案的開發過程,收穫良多同時也對於自己有更多的了解。
商務筆記型電腦的設計與製造,過程是非常複雜且精密的,需要了解各製程原理,而製程的限制將會影響哪些設計,為因應各種不同的製程或測試,而需要有各種不同的對策,目標皆是為了將產品品質做到最好且可順利進行量產,因此,了解各項製程的專業知識,就顯得非常的重要。
Abstract (in English)
This technical report is the summary of my understanding and the grasp within my reach during my internship in R&D department of Inventec Corporation.
It includes the related introduction of Inventec, job description of internship, what I learned and the introduction of often used mechanical manufacturing technique items. I have learned plastic mold injection, stamping, casting, SMT…etc. manufacturing knowledge through the internship. I also participated in project development process. Not only I harvested a lot but also I get to know myself more from the internship.
The process of the design and manufacturing of commercial notebook computer is very complex and precise. It requires comprehensive understanding of each process principle, and the impact to the design by process limitation. In order to respond to all kinds of process or testing, it requires different countermeasure. The goal is all to achieve the best product quality and enter into mass production smoothly. Therefore, understanding of professional knowledge of each process appears to be very important.
