隨著數位環境成熟發展,使用數位科技連結產業已成為當今企業的競爭優勢。然而,企業數位化不再只是改變軟硬體設備上的提升,許多企業已經開始針對組織內部執行數位轉型,包含人力、流程、文化及商業模式之策略改變,為提升組織營運績效及提供顧客更優良的消費體驗。而我們發現過去文獻探討中關於數位化及數位轉型等相關文獻並無具體提出數位轉型量表並且對於數位轉型概念定義模糊,因此本研究發展新的數位轉型量表,歸納出7個構面,總共41題題目,透過此量表工具協助企業測量公司員工對於企業內部「營運績效」、「數位程度」及「組織文化」以及公司員工「個人心態」、「資訊技能」、「適應能力」、及「數位技能」之認知程度,以員工的角度測量員工在每個構面對數位轉型之影響,藉由測量結果協助企業檢驗執行數位轉型困難及訂定組織策略以提升公司企業數位轉型發展。 |

As the digital environment goes more and more mature, leverage digital technology to link industries has become a competitive advantage for enterprises. However, the digitization of enterprises is no longer focusing the improvement of their hardware and software. Many companies have already leveraged technology to help internal management, which tries to improve their organizational performance and provide customers with a better consumer experience. This research proposes a digital transformation sheet with a total of 7 dimensions and 41 questions. The dimensions include "operational performance", "digitalization level" and "organizational culture", as well as "personal mentality", "information skills", "adaptability", and "digital skills" awareness, etc. from the employees. This sheet will evaluate the knowledge of digitalization from the perspective of employees. Through the evaluation results, we argue that the proposed sheet can help managers to evaluate the difficulties and obstacles of implementing digital transformation in advance. |
