本研究採取半結構式訪談法（guided interviews），蒐集臺灣公共圖書館策展相關實務經驗，總計訪談 6 間公共圖書館、11 位現職館員，研究結果顯示： 一、 相關課程與教育訓練現況 目前國內少有大專院校開設策展規劃相關主題之課程，而中華民國圖書館學會開設相關研習班則以數位內容策展為主，尚無實體展覽相關主題。 二、 策展者專業知能 多數受訪者認為文案撰寫與閱讀能力最重要，館員學習此知能的主要途徑為職場經驗傳承，次為館內培訓課程。組織管理與外語能力被認為重要性較低。 三、 館員學習途徑 多數知能以職場經驗傳承為館員主要的學習或培訓途徑；次為課程與學位進修。 四、 公共圖書館中策展者的阻礙與現況 溝通協調以及跨機構合作被視為實務中的主要阻礙，兩知能以職場經驗傳承為主要學習途徑。 鑒於研究結果，本研究建議可由國家圖書館與檔案局領頭，開設課程、研習班或教育講座等，協助圖書館的館內專業知能培訓；或與大專校院合作拓展相關課程或實務訓練。除外，本研究亦建議未來可針對不同類型的圖書館所需的專業知能，或教育訓練等層面深入研究，以作為未來策劃展覽方面以及館員教育訓練等之參考依據。

This study adopts semi-structured interviews (guided interviews) to collect practical experience in curating public libraries in Taiwan. A total of eleven current librarians were interviewed. The research results show that:
1.Current status of relevant courses and education and training
At present, university in Taiwan rarely offers courses related to curatorial planning. In contrast while the LAROC offers related seminars mainly on digital content curation, and there are no courses related to physical exhibitions.
2.Professional knowledge of curators
Most interviewees believe that writing and reading skills are the most important. The main way for librarians to learn this knowledge is through the inheritance of workplace experience. Meanwhile, organizational management and foreign language skills were considered less important.
3.Librarian Learning Path
Most librarians take the inheritance of workplace experience as the primary learning or training path; the second is courses and degree training.
4.Barriers and Current Situation of Curators in Public Libraries
Communication and coordination and inter-agency cooperation are regarded as the main obstacles in practice, and most of interviewees learned those knowledge through the inheritance of workplace experience.
Depend on the research results, this study suggests that National Central Library and National Archives Administration can take the lead in offering courses, seminars, or educational lectures to assist libraries in professional knowledge training; or cooperate with universities to expand relevant courses or practical training.
In addition, there also suggests that in-depth research on the professional knowledge or education and training required by different types of libraries.
