This study explores the competitive strategies for low-protein diet targeting chronic kidneydisease (CKD) patients, using low-protein rice as an example.
It begins by outlining the dietary control requirements for CKD patients,particularly theregulation of protein intake. Addressing the issue of insufficient caloric intake in current low-protein foods on the market, the study proposes improved strategies.
Through thorough analysis, the research identifies specific strategies for low-protein rice in terms of product differentiation, price competition, market positioning, channel expansion, brand building, and quality assurance.
Additionally, the study emphasizes the importance of continuous innovation in
maintaining market competitiveness and offers relevant suggestions.
