隨著全球局勢的變遷，氣候變遷問題日益受到國際社會的重視。電動車作為綠色能源轉型的重要領域，已成為各國政府關注的交通發展新趨勢。作為一個新興經濟體，越南政府積極推動政策支持與技術創新，以促進產業發展，特別是在汽車產業方面。電動車的發展趨勢不僅帶來了機遇，同時也面臨著挑戰。因此，越南是否能夠跟上時代的步伐，並抓住機會發展電動車產業，成為一個值得深入探討的問題。
本研究採用個案分析法，綜合各方文獻進行歸納，並運用PEST分析及五力分析兩種理論工具，探討越南電動車產業的發展策略，特別針對越南領先企業越快（VinFast）進行深入案例分析。研究旨在闡述宏觀外部因素對產業競爭環境的影響，探討越快的競爭優勢及未來威脅，並提出政策和企業策略建議，以確保越快在越南電動汽車產業中的領先地位。

In light of recent changes in global developments, issues related to climate change are increasingly capturing the attention of the international community. Electric vehicles, as a crucial element of the green energy transition, have emerged as a significant trend in transportation development, attracting the focus of governments worldwide. As an emerging economy, the Vietnamese government actively promotes policy support and technological innovation to advance industrial development, particularly within the automotive sector. The shift towards electric vehicle development presents both opportunities and challenges. Therefore, it is essential to explore in depth whether Vietnam can adapt to contemporary demands and seize the opportunity to develop its electric vehicle industry.
This study utilizes a case analysis approach, integrating diverse literature to facilitate inductive reasoning. The theoretical tools of PEST analysis and Five Forces analysis are employed to investigate the development strategies of the electric vehicle industry in Vietnam, with a particular focus on an in-depth case study of the leading Vietnamese company, VinFast. The research aims to clarify the influence of macro external factors on the competitive landscape of the industry, assess VinFast's competitive advantages and potential threats, and offer policy and corporate strategy recommendations to sustain VinFast's leading position in the Vietnamese electric vehicle market.
