本論文旨在探討川普政府時期(2017-2020)台美陸軍安援合作的發展及其對
美中台三角關係的影響。隨著美中關係的日益緊張，台美之間的軍事合作在這
一期間得到了顯著強化。透過軍事裝備的提供、聯合軍事訓練及戰術協同，美
國加強了對台灣的安全支持，尤其在陸軍層面，雙方的安援合作有助於提升台
灣的防禦能力，應對來自中國的軍事威脅。
本研究回顧了台美軍事合作的歷史，並探討了川普政府時期美國對台軍事
援助政策的轉變，特別是在陸軍安援合作方面的具體模式與成果。研究發現，
美國通過提供先進武器、強化聯合訓練以及共享情報，顯著提升了台灣的軍事
實力，並增強了其應對中國威脅的能力。透過分析中國對台美合作的反應，研
究指出，這種軍事合作在促進台灣防禦的同時，也加劇了台海局勢的緊張，對
美中台三角關係產生了深遠影響。
本論文進一步探討了台美軍事合作面臨的挑戰與限制，包括來自中國的軍
事與外交壓力、台美兩國軍事體系整合的難度，以及國際局勢的不確定性。研
究對未來台美陸軍安援合作的發展方向進行了展望，強調了軍事技術合作深
化、聯合軍事訓練增強及台灣國防自主性提升的重要性。本研究的結論表明，
台美陸軍安援合作在強化台灣防禦能力和鞏固美國亞太戰略中扮演了重要角色，隨著美中競爭的加劇，台美合作未來的發展將面臨更多的挑戰與不確定性。

 This thesis aims to explore the development of Taiwan-US Army security assistance cooperation during the Trump administration(2017-2020) and its impact on 
the US-China-Taiwan triangular relationship. As US-China relations became 
increasingly tense, military cooperation between Taiwan and the US was significantly strengthened during this period. Through the provision of military equipment, joint military training, and strategic coordination, the US bolstered its security support for Taiwan. Particularly in the army sector, bilateral security assistance cooperation helped enhance Taiwan's defense capabilities in response to military threats from China.
 This study reviews the history of Taiwan-US military cooperation and examines 
the changes in US military assistance policies toward Taiwan during the Trump 
administration, with a particular focus on the specific models and outcomes of army security assistance cooperation. The findings indicate that the US, through the provision of advanced weaponry, strengthened joint training, and intelligence sharing, significantly improved Taiwan's military capabilities and its ability to respond to Chinese threats. By analyzing China’s reaction to Taiwan-US cooperation, the study reveals that while this military cooperation has enhanced Taiwan’s defense, it has also intensified tensions in the Taiwan Strait, having profound implications for the US-China-Taiwan triangular relationship.
 Furthermore, this thesis discusses the challenges and limitations of Taiwan-US 
military cooperation, including military and diplomatic pressure from China, the 
difficulties in integrating the military systems of Taiwan and the US, and the 
uncertainties in the international situation. The study offers a forward-looking view on the future development of Taiwan-US Army security assistance cooperation, emphasizing the importance of deepening military technology collaboration, enhancing joint military exercises, and improving Taiwan's defense autonomy. The conclusion demonstrates that Taiwan-US Army security assistance cooperation plays a critical role in strengthening Taiwan's defense capabilities and reinforcing US strategy in the Asia-Pacific. However, as US-China competition intensifies, the future development of Taiwan-US cooperation will face further challenges and uncertainties.
