本研究以歐系快時尚品牌ZARA為主要探討對象,並以非歐系品牌UNIQLO作為其分析比較案例,分析兩者在 ESG 環境面上的能源管理、水管理和維護生物多樣性的永續轉型策略和做法,進一步分析在「歐洲綠色政綱」政策影響下的能源轉型策略和做法,此外,本文亦關注ZARA在全球氣候變遷風險下永續轉型策略的實踐與未來的挑戰。

本文分為五章: 第一章介紹研究動機與目的、研究方法與途徑、文獻回顧和名詞解釋、研究範圍及架構;第二章闡述本文所採用的「ESG」原則和「歐洲綠色政綱」政策以作為分析基礎;第三章探討ZARA的環境永續轉型具體策略;第四章分析ZARA在全球氣候變遷風險下永續轉型策略的實踐與未來的挑戰;第五章綜合研究結果、提出結論與未來展望以供後續研究參考。

英文摘要
This thesis focuses on European fast fashion brand ZARA, and takes non-European brand UNIQLO as its comparative case to analyze their environmental sustainable transformation strategies, including energy management, water management and biodiversity protection. This thesis further analyzes energy transformation strategies under the influence of the "European Green Deal". In addition, this thesis also discusses ZARA's practice of sustainable transformation strategy and future challenges under the risk of global climate change.

There are five chapters in this thesis: Chapter One introduces the research motivation and purpose, research methods and approaches, literature review, scope and structure; Chapter Two describes the perspective adopted in this  thesis "ESG" and "European Green Deal"; Chapter Three explains ZARA's environmental sustainability transformation strategies ; Chapter Four explains ZARA's practice of sustainable transformation strategy and future challenges under the risk of global climate change ; Chapter Five summarizes and prospects for research.
