隨著時代的變遷，中高齡者的居住安排已有所轉變，獨居、僅與配偶同住的比例持續上升。而高齡住宅不僅有著多元的硬體設備、軟體服務，也提供許多社交機會。成為了中高齡者的居住選擇之一。然而，影響中高齡者入住高齡住宅之因素為何？仍有待進一步探討。

    鑑於此，本研究以人口統計特徵、寂寞程度及其他個人因素分析對於高齡住宅入住意願之影響，透過問卷調查宜蘭社區大學學員，並以卡方檢定進行統計分析。研究結果發現性別、婚姻狀況與退休後經濟來源會影響中高齡者入住高齡住宅之意願。

    As the times change, the living arrangements of middle-aged and elderly adults have changed, the proportion of people living alone or only with their spouse continues to rise. Senior housing not only has a variety of hardware facilities and software services but also provides many social opportunities. It has become one of the living options for middle-aged and elderly people. However, the factors that influence their willingness to move into senior housing still require further investigation.
    In response, this study analyzes the effects of demographic characteristics, loneliness level and other personal factors on the willingness to move into senior housing. A questionnaire survey was conducted among students at Yilan Community University, and statistical analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results showed that gender, marital status, and post-retirement sources of income significantly affect the willingness of middle-aged and elderly adults to move into senior housing.
