本研究的目的旨在探討不同人格特質影響現有員工對組織形象及組織吸引力的認知。通過對A、B型人格特質的員工(潛在求職者)的深入分析,揭示如何影響他們對組織吸引力和組織形象的看法,從而幫助企業經營者更有效地吸引和留住不同人格特質的人才。
本研究透過組織形象、組織吸引力及A、B型人格特質之文獻回顧,並針對目前在職員工進行更深入的量化研究,來探討組織形象、組織吸引力及A、B型人格特質之間關係。本研究有下列重要發現:
1.組織形象對組織吸引力呈顯著正向影響,即組織形象越好,則能夠增加其吸引力。
2.人格特質對組織形象與組織吸引力之關係無顯著干擾效果,表示該人格特質對於組織形象及吸引力毫無關聯。
3.企業若要找尋更契合的人才,提升該組織形象是關鍵元素之一。
4.按與研究有關社會新鮮人較注重薪酬福利,表示更看重該企業是否符合自身 期望。

| 英文摘要 |
The major purpose of this study is to explore how different personality traits influence current employees' perceptions of organizational image and organizational attractiveness. Through an in-depth analysis of Type A -B personality traits, this study aims to reveal how these traits affect job seekers' views on organizational attractiveness and organizational image, thereby assisting business managers in more effectively attracting and retaining talent with different personality traits.
This research reviews the literature on organizational image, organizational attractiveness, and Type A-B personality traits and conducts more in-depth quantitative research on current employees to explore the relationships among organizational image, organizational attractiveness, and Type A-B personality traits. The key findings of this study are as follows:
1.Organizational image has a significant positive effect on organizational attractiveness, meaning that the better the organizational image, the higher its attractiveness.
2.Personality traits do not significantly moderate the relationship between organizational image and organizational attractiveness, indicating that these personality traits are not related to organizational image and attractiveness.
3.For companies seeking to find more compatible talent, enhancing their organizational image is a key element.
4.Freshman in society newcomers place greater emphasis on salary and benefits, indicating that they value whether the company meets their expectations.
