本研究旨在全面深入探討國際學生對學習翻譯軟體應用程序的滿意度,著重於性別、國籍、年齡、教育程度、使用者軟體改進、產品設計六個主要變數。研究基於量化策略進行,透過科技接受模式(TAM)的問卷調查,對100名國際學生使用5種翻譯軟體的滿意度進行分析。統計結果顯示,解說成效與系統品質正向影響使用者滿意度,而滿意度進一步正向影響認知有用性與認知易用性。認知有用性與認知易用性亦正向影響使用者對系統的態度,並最終通過認知有用性及態度影響使用者的行為意向。這些發現強調了提升解說成效與系統品質的重要性,對翻譯軟體的開發與優化提供了重要參考。 本研究將有助於我們對國際學生使用學習翻譯軟體的行為有更深入的理解,並且提供實證數據來指導未來的翻譯軟體開發。我們希望能夠通過這樣的研究,推動學術界和業界在這一領域的進一步發展,並幫助我們在這個多元文化和語言的世界中,為國際學生創造更加便利和舒適的學習環境。 |
| 英文摘要 |
The present study aims to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the satisfaction of international students with the usage of educational translation software applications, emphasizing six principal variables: gender, nationality, age, education level, user software improvement, and product design. Employing a quantitative methodology, the research employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) through a survey instrument to analyze the satisfaction levels of 100 international students utilizing five distinct translation software platforms.Statistical analysis reveals that both explanatory efficacy and system quality positively influence user satisfaction. Furthermore, user satisfaction significantly enhances perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. These cognitive perceptions subsequently contribute positively to users' attitudes towards the system, thereby influencing their behavioral intentions. These findings underscore the critical importance of improving explanatory efficacy and system quality, offering crucial insights for the development and refinement of translation software applications. This research promises to deepen our understanding of international students' utilization behaviors regarding educational translation software and to furnish empirical evidence guiding future developments in this field. It is envisioned that this study will propel advancements in both academic inquiry and industry practice within this domain, facilitating the creation of more accommodating and conducive learning environments for international students in our diverse, multilingual world. |
