中國政府在2013年提出「絲綢之路經濟帶」和「二十一世紀海上絲綢之路」(TheSilkRoadEconomicBeltandthe21st-centuryMaritimeSilkRoad)簡稱「一帶一路」，其內容主要是致力於在「絲綢之路」與「海上絲綢之路」的國家中更完善提升他們的基礎設施，使得這些國家能有更高的能力及效率來自由貿易，並且讓這些國家的政治、經濟與文化更能深入合作。在「一帶一路」戰略的發展過程中，是可以有效降低美元霸權對世界金融的控制力，這也是中國正在努力的方向，美元霸權的經濟利益來主要自於美元目前是全世界最流通和最被信賴的貨幣。而「一帶一路」戰略正好是可以幫助中國推動人民幣國際化，看是否能威脅到美元霸權。接著分析英鎊霸權和美元霸權之間的取代演變中與中國如何利用「一帶一路」威脅美元霸權，並探討「一帶一路」與第二次世界大戰後美國所對抗英國的「帝國特惠制」之間的相似處。再接著探討在中國「一帶一路」的「絲綢之路經濟帶」運作之下，在中亞與俄羅斯的大國博弈、利益與影響力的爭奪，中國與俄羅斯關係將會如何演變並影響世界局勢。

In 2013, the Chinese government proposed the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road" as the "Belt and Road". In the countries of the "Silk Road" and "Maritime Silk Road", they will improve their infrastructure, so that these countries can have higher ability and efficiency to trade, and let the politics, economy and culture of these countries More in-depth cooperation. The "One Belt, One Road" strategy is precisely to help China promote the internationalization of the renminbi and see if it can threaten the dollar hegemony. Then analyze the evolution between the sterling hegemony and the dollar hegemony and how China can use the "Belt and Road" to threaten the US dollar hegemony, and explore the "Belt and Road"
between the United States and the "Imperial Special System" against the United Kingdom after the Second World War. Similarities. Then, under the operation of the "Belt Road Economic Belt" of China's "One Belt, One Road", the game between China and Russia, the competition for interests and influence, and how China-Russia relations will evolve and affect the world situation.
