中文摘要 人類文明發展的進步,帶來生活品質提升,開始不斷地消耗資源、製造汙染,因此環境保護已經是當前刻不容緩的議題。全球暖化的問題使各國政府開始對地球環境問題有所警覺,要求企業除了追求經濟利益之外也必須符合綠色相關製程與規範。為因應這股全球綠色新潮流,行政院環保署亦建立並推動「中華民國企業環保獎」選拔活動,獎勵實施環保績效優良的廠商。因此本研究希望透過這股綠色的趨勢,探討獲獎廠商在導入環境管理系統後在綠色環境上的持續改善績效。本研究透過三大部分的評比,包括環保3R、績效評估、PDCA,發展出五大構面、十個子構面,作為研究設計的架構,總共設計50題問項與設計兩階段問卷,分別用灰關聯求算各企業在各構面上的表現,再結合SMART權重分析結果,評估各企業績效,最後製作企業自我檢核表,利用Wilcoxon符號等級檢定,驗證最後結果是否無誤,本研究結果可做為企業自我診斷的基礎與持續改善努力方向的建議。
英文摘要 The development of human civilization,global warming demand to immediate attention.As time goes on, resource consumed continuously.Therefor,environmental protection is an urgent issue.Environmental Protection Administration(EPA)establish and promote an activitie, with regard to enterprises environmental protection award. Incentives enterprises with excellent environmental performance.In this study,use the green trend to analyze the prizewinning technology company.Whether continuous improvement on the green environment or not.Use three major performance evaluation, including 3R, performance valuation and PDCA.In a total of 50 questions and two-stage questionnaires. Associated with Grey Relational Analysis and SMART Weight.Finally,complete the business checklist. The results can be use to business assessment and provide performance improvement.
