本論文主要目的乃是探討法國網絡鏈結與商業發展支持組織之於國際企業的重要性,並以法國中小企業在台灣之現狀發展為例。藉由組織會議、活動和研討會,此類公共與私人的商業發展支持組織替企業創造眾多網絡機會,並致使企業的成功。許多企業家在擁有初步的亞洲經驗與認知後,希望在台灣設立據點,此外,有人更將台灣視為商品的試驗場域,若在台灣獲致高度成效,將可成為評估市場擴張至中國或南韓的依據。無論如何,企業家和經理人會考慮其網絡鏈結性,舉凡在台灣舉辦活動或擴張市場等。當然,網絡鏈結亦能使他們獲得珍貴的資訊,如市場機會、預期市場、競爭、商業環境與其他關鍵性資訊。本論文透過多項問卷、訪談和統計調查,用以概述法國網絡鏈結在台灣的運作現況及其影響力
英文摘要
This thesis aims to question the importance of French networks and Business Development Support organisations (BDS) in the internationalization of companies by illustrating the case of French Small and Medium enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan. Through the organisation of meetings, events and seminars, these public and private BDS create and encourage networking opportunities for enterprises and to make them successful. Many businessmen wish to settle in Taiwan after an experience in Asia; other consider Taiwan as big test for their product in Asia, if it works in Taiwan then they may expand the market in China or South-Korea. In any case, entrepreneurs and managers will consider their networks whenever launching an activity or expanding their markets in Taiwan. Indeed, networks can bring them some precious information about market opportunities, market expectations, competition, business environment or any other crucial information. Through different questionnaires, interviews and a statistic survey this thesis gives an overview of the French networks in Taiwan and its impacts.
