1995年實施全民健康保險後，開啓國人對健康保險需求的重要性觀念，同時也由於醫療水準的日益提高及明顯的人口老化現象，更突顯國人對商業性醫療保險的需求。
    本研究主要針對2008年開放產險公司得經營健康保險後，產險業經營健康保險之現況分析，比較產險與壽險經營、國內外健康險商品差異，進而探討產險健康險商品研發考量因素，最後提出具體之結論與建議，以作為未來國內產險健康險商品研發方向之參考。

National health insurance was implemented in 1995, people started to notice the importance of health insurance afterwards. In the meantime, due to the improving medical standards and severe population aging phenomenon increases the demand for commercial medical insurance.

This study mainly analyzes the current situation of health insurance business in the property insurance industry after the restriction was lifted in 2008. We started by comparing the operation of health insurance in both property and life insurance industries and the difference of domestic health insurance products and abroad. Then we moved on to explore the factors of developing health insurance products that should be considered in property insurance industry. Finally, we proposed concrete conclusion and suggestion as a reference for future research and development of health insurance products in domestic property insurance industry.
