中文摘要 當今,節能環保減碳已成為每一個人所關心的議題,尤以人口密集度高的國家或縣市更為當務之需,本文以符合美國環保署( Environment Protection Agency, EPA ) 廢氣排放標準之電控柴油引擎為研討主旨,針對電控柴油引擎的電子控制模組(Electronic Control Module, ECM)參數改變及整體規劃,以提升電控柴油引擎的系統性能。主要包括為:
(1) 分析引擎精準的控制燃油噴射行程,改善排放污染物的問題。
(2) 探討精確油門調整與穩態性速度變化,達到改善速度飄移的現象。
(3) 應用視窗式專用軟体INSITE,建立:標準故障排除的步驟、特徵參數的調整、即時監視和記錄及自我狀態偵測等功能。
(4) 整合工業用的通訊協定J1939與其他外部功能。
(5) 經由實機實測分析,建立實用性和經濟性的操控模式。
英文摘要 Nowadays energy-conservation and carbon reduction have became one of the most important topics that everyone cares about, especially for those countries having high population density. The purpose of this thesis is to study the Electronic Control Module (ECM) system and its powerful function of modern electronic controlled engine. Environment Protection Agency (EPA) certified engine will be used as an example through the whole article. The outline of this thesis consists of the following five topics:
(1) The exhaust contaminant problem can be improved by precise ECM control injection.
(2) With high speed capability of ECM, engine speed can be maintained very stably through closed-loop throttle control based on high frequency speed inputs.
(3) Dedicated windows based application “INSITE” can provide various functionality: fault code diagnostic and troubleshooting, adjustable features and parameters for engine control, real time monitor, and slef-diagnostic status check.
(4) To integral the industrial communication protocol J1939, and offer efficient with all different electronic system
(5) To achieve more practical, efficient and fuel economic operation by real engine test and report analysis.
