隨著知識經濟時代的來臨,培養創新能力及持續學習成為因應全球化變遷的關鍵所在。教育是國家競爭力提升的基石,如何衡量教育組織的創新資本對提升組織績效之影響將為重點所在。本研究以智慧資本的角度切入探討創新資本對於組織績效之影響,進一步探討台灣高等教育機構背景因素,以建構教育創新對組織績效之可能影響。本研究試圖達成下列目的:
一、探討創新資本對組織績效之影響。
二、探討創新資本之技術創新對組織績效之影響。
三、探討創新資本之管理創新對組織績效之影響。
四、嘗試勾劃出創新資本對高等教育機構之未來圖像。
    本研究首先採用文獻分析法,從智慧資本之理論出發,探討創新資本特性,及教育創新之內涵,進而透過問卷調查蒐集資料並加以分析,以獲知創新資本衡量對組織績效之影響。其研究結果如下:
一、創新資本對組織績效之影響為顯著正向影響。
二、創新資本之技術創新在「產品創新」對組織績效之影響為顯著正向影響。
三、創新資本在管理創新著重以「人員創新」對組織績效之影響為顯著正向影響。
    本研究依上述研究結果,分別對後續研究者提出建議。
英文摘要
Abstract:

	With the arrival of the era of knowledge-driven economy, innovation training ability, and continuing-learning became key points of changing in conformity with globalization. Education is the foundation stone in which national competitiveness improves. That is why education will be the key to influence organizational performance on how to measure and teach organized innovation capital. This research through the intelligence capital probes into the innovative capital to influence organizational performance. Therefore, this research will also find out the probable effect in educational organizations in Taiwan higher education institutions.
	The purpose of this research is focus on influential factors of innovative capital that exists in higher education such as, technical innovation, and administrative innovation. The purpose of this research is to also to:
1.	To discuss the influence generated by innovative capital on organizational performance in higher education.
2.	To discuss the influence generated by technical innovation on organizational performance in higher education.
3.	To discuss the influence generated by administrative innovation on organizational performance in higher education.
4.	Try to imagine innovative capital scenarios to create the futures images of the higher educational institution. 
Finally, this research first adopts the literature review, later proceeds to the theory of intelligence capital, probe into the innovative capital characteristic and the intension of educational innovation, to later collect important data through a survey, in order to know that innovative capital is an important factor that influences organizational performance.
