本論文採用行動研究法，以「中華民國圖書館學會電子報」為案例轉置HTML電子報為EPUB電子出版品。本研究主要分為兩部分，第一部分為挑選適合電子報的轉置工具，依照HTML電子報之功能需求項目給予評分權重，分別測試EPUB編輯器(iBooks Author、Adobe InDesgin和Sigil)與EPUB閱讀器(Apple Books、Readium和Calibre)的符合程度並評分，結果分別挑選出Sigil為本研究之EPUB編輯轉置工具；Readium為EPUB測試轉置結果之閱讀器。第二部分為提供一個轉置HTML電子報為EPUB格式的流程，研究採用Sigil依電子報網站常用格式製作模板，並根據實際編輯的操作流程編寫操作手冊。邀請中華民國圖書館學會電子報現任編輯實作測試，觀察其根據模板與操作手冊的使用狀況，反思並改進模板與操作流程，最後產出HTML電子報轉置EPUB電子出版品之操作手冊。

This paper adopts the Action Research technique and uses the Library Association of the Republic of China as a case to convert the HTML e-newsletter into EPUB (electronic publication). The research is divided into two parts. The first part is to identify and select the conversion tool best suitable for the e-newsletter. Based on the functional requirements of the HTML E-newsletter, scoring weightages are assigned. The EPUB editors (iBooks Author, Adobe InDesgin, and Sigil) were tested for compliance with EPUB readers (Apple Books, Readium, and Calibre) and scored accordingly. As a result, Sigil was selected as the EPUB editing conversion tool for this study and Readium as the reader for testing the EPUB conversion results. The second part is to provide a procedure for converting HTML e-newsletter into the EPUB format. The research uses Sigil to make templates according to the common format of the e-newsletter website, and writes the operation manual according to the actual editing operation flow. The editor of the Library Association of the Republic of China's e-newsletter was invited to conduct a trial run and to observe its use according to the template and operation manual. Introspections were made in order to make improvements to the template and operation process. Finally, the operating manual for converting the HTML E-newsletter to EPUB electronic publication was produced.
