數位時代科技變化迅速，許多狀況都無法事先預知，企業在資訊設備投資上如無法應付隨時變動的需求時，將有可能錯過商機。雲端算服務可以提升企業的彈性更快速的實現想法，並且簡化企業的營運及管理作業。
本研究透過文獻探討整理出雲端特性並彙整企業在資訊科技方面的相關應用，再利用德菲法及層級分析方法擬定導入雲端服務的影響因素，以期作為企業導入雲端服務時，有其依據及參考，促使企業在導入雲端服務時能夠掌握影響因素進而順利推動導入。
公有雲的發展快速，從本研究結果得知，企業對於雲端服務的需求強烈，雲端技術服務的支援是決定是否採用公有雲的重要關鍵因素之一，企業也對於雲端服務的簡易與便利性抱持很大的期待，希望能減少資訊人員的工作負擔。

In the digital age, many situations cannot be predicted in advance. If companies fail to cope with the ever-changing needs of information equipment investment, they may miss business opportunities. Cloud computing services can enhance the flexibility of the enterprise and simplify the operation and management of the enterprise.
This study explores the cloud characteristics and integrates the relevant applications of information technology in the literature through the literature, and then uses the Delphi Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process to formulate the influencing factors of the cloud service, in order to have the basis for the enterprise to import the cloud service. References, prompting enterprises to grasp the influencing factors when importing cloud services and smoothly promote the import.
The development of public cloud is rapid. According to the results of this research, enterprises have strong demand for cloud services. The support of cloud technology services is one of the key factors determining whether to adopt public cloud. Enterprises also have the simplicity and convenience of cloud services. With great expectations, I hope to reduce the workload of information personnel.
