共存破壞的恐怖敵意在殘忍的第二次世界大戰結束至冷戰時代不間斷地重新開始，並在一個被世界其他地方隱藏的故事中迴響。新興黎明的新致命科技很快地破壞了人類的先前的生存條件和安全，讓原創的創作者意識到自己對自己創作的恐懼。正如人們所說：「原子的釋放力量已經改變了一切，拯救了我們的思維模式，也因此讓我們漂流向無與倫比的災難。」

快轉至二十一世紀，黑暗歷史的再次出現，顯現出了當今強權政治言論的現狀。大概在如美國此等擁核國家與北韓這般核威脅國家之間的困境中。推測之下，目前正走向與所謂的「人類的福祉」相反的方向。

雖然核武器問題在政治科學和國際關係領域仍是一個持續的熱門話題，但是國家之間很難和睦相處，尤其在商定反對核擴散的協議上，捍衛上帝創造的「什麼」。相較之下，在這篇論文中，我將試圖用理論來消化、觀察和調查美國對馬紹爾人承諾的義務，以及馬紹爾人日常生活基本面臨的問題。因為馬紹爾群島為了在這被認為是看不見的監護人的全球警察，美國，付出了相當的代價。

The horror animosity of it co-existence destruction resound and echo in a story well covered and hidden from the rest of the world continuously to this very day since the end of the cruel World War II to the Cold War era. The emerging new dawn of the newly deadly technology soon haunted the pre-existence condition and safety of humanity that let the original creators realized their fear of their own creation. As one said, “the unleash power of the atom has changed everything save our modes of thinking and we thus drift toward unparalleled catastrophe.” 

Fast forward to the 21st century, the re-emerge of its dark history evidently present itself to the present news of power politics rhetoric, presumably in the situation dilemma between nuclear power nations of North Korea vs. United States – nuclear threat. In which, thus, presumptively, leaning toward the opposite direction from the so-called quotation, For the Good of Mankind. 

Though the subject of Nuclear Weapon is still an ongoing hot topic in the political science and International Relations arena, yet it is hard for Nations to come forth in harmony to agree upon agreements to defy nuclear proliferation and defend the “what’s lift” of God’s creation. So in contrast, in this thesis, I’m going to attempt with theories to absorb, observe and investigate the United States obligation to withstand their promises and the issues facing basic Marshallese daily livelihood subsequently to the consequences of to known to be the invisible guardians of the global policeman, the United States.
