人口流動是社會經濟發展的重要因素，今年來大陸人口流動量增大，流向增多，人口空間分佈的格局發生了明顯的變化。在2013年首度提出新一線城市的概念后，新一線城市廣受關注，人口流入量增多，其亦發佈種種優惠政策吸引優秀人才。本文以大陸新一線城市中的流動人才為研究目標，通過社會網絡分析法進行分析，探究2011年和2016年人才遷移網絡的演變、人才就業的產業和職業的變遷。
最後，通過本文的研究發現，首先2016年的人才遷移網路在2011年的人才遷移網路基礎上更為發達完整。新一線城市整體人才流入量都有所增加，網路空間結構趨於平衡，15個新一線城市平衡發展，人才流動往多元化發展。其次，新一線城市中的產業和職業的變遷也較為明顯，人才流向更多元化。

Population flow is an important factor in social and economic development. Over the period 2011-2016, the number of internal migrants, the share of migrants with college degree or higher, and the share of young migrants increased from 0.23 to 0.245 billion, 7.8% to 12.6%, 43.8% to 64.7% in in mainland China.  Thus, a natural question arises as to whether the flow direction of skilled population and the resulting spatial distribution of skilled population have also changed.  In this paper, we analyze the evolution of migration network and industry and occupation composition of skilled workers between 2011 and 2016 through social network analysis.
Using individual level data from the 2011 and 2016 Internal Migrant Population Health and Family Planning Dynamics Survey, we generate aggregate measures of connection between emerging first-tier cities.  The main results are as follows.  First, over the period 2011-2016, the migration of skilled worker network became more decentralized and most cities became more connected in terms of migrant flows.  The source and destination of skilled migrants is more diverse in 2016.  Second, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Shenyang, and Tianjing are the most connected destination cities.  Third, industry composition of skilled internal migrants became more concentrated over time.  Manufacturing and retailing emerged as the major industries of migrants moving into Tianjing and Chongqing. Fourth, skilled migrants’ occupation composition became more diverse over time.
