近年來行政院消防署持續在宣導獨立式住宅用火災警報器的重要性，更是目前外勤消防單位的主要業務項目，無非是希望在法規漏洞之下，藉由安裝火災警報器來保障人民生命財產的安全，但即使大力的宣導下，依然常有火災案件的死傷情形。因此，藉由新北市政府於消防署火災搶救資料庫的紀錄為基礎，使用回歸分析資料實證裝設住宅用火災警報器可以降低人員受傷的機率。另外探討其他對火災案件人員傷亡或財產損失有顯著影響的因子有哪些。

In recent years, National Fire Agency has continued to promote the importance of fire alarm. It's one of the main project of the firemen in currently. The purpose is making up the loopholes in laws by setting fire alarms. Even though the fire department promotes very hard, there are still a lot of deaths and injuries in case of fire. Therefore, we use regression analysis data to prove the installation of fire alarms can reduce the deaths and injuries, based on the records of the New Taipei City Government's fire database. In additional, find other factors that have a significant impact on the casualties or property losses in fires.
