中文摘要 物聯網(Internet of Thing;IoT)發展蓬勃的時代下,任何產品與服務都可透過雲端平台相互連接。台灣政府為了要改善國人濫用健保造成醫療資源的浪費,除了加強宣導外,也於2014年推出「健康存摺」(My Health Bank)的雲端平台服務,並在2015年10月提供健康存摺行動應用程式,藉此本研究將行動裝置重度使用者20~39歲的年輕族群作為主要研究對象,並將探討有何種因素會影響此年輕族群對於健康存摺的使用意向作為本研究之目的。
本研究運用了服務品質(Service Quality;SQ)、自我效能(self-efficacy)、計畫行為理論(Theory of Planned Behavior;TPB)與創新擴散理論(Innovation diffusion theory;IDT)等四個構面來探討年輕族群對於健康存摺的行為意向,並採用問卷調查法將回收的問卷數據進行敘述性統計分析、信效度分析、相關性分析與多元迴歸等分析方式來探討其結果,得到服務品質中的資料庫安全性、自我效能中的行動應用程式自我效能與健康存摺行動應用程式、以及創新擴散理論中的能見度,皆不會對於此年輕族群使用健康存摺之使用意象有正向顯著之影響;計畫行為理論中的態度,以及創新擴散理論中的試用性、相對優勢與相容性在年輕族群對於健康存摺的使用意向有顯著的正向影響。也就是說,台灣政府必須讓健康存摺有效的滲透到年輕族群的日常生活當中,藉此增加他們對健康存摺的依賴程度。
英文摘要 In the booming era of IoT development, products and services can be connected together through could platform. In order to improve the waste of medical resources caused by the people’s abuse of the National Health Insurance, Taiwan government not only promoted the dissemination of information, but also launched the “My Health Bank” cloud platform service in 2014. In October 2015, Taiwan government also launched “My Health Bank” mobile application version. In this study, the main research subjects are the young people aged 20-39 years who are heavy users of mobile devices. The research purpose of this study is to investigate what factors may influence the young people's behavioral intention to use the “My Health Bank”.
I tested, compared, and unified four well-known theories, namely service quality (SQ), self-efficacy (SE), the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and innovation diffusion theory (IDT), in the context of “My Health Bank” cloud platform service. This study is based on questionnaire survey, the data from these questionnaires would be applied and collected. And it can be used for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to explore the results. It shows that “database security”, “mobile application”, “My Health Bank’s mobile application” and “visibility” aren’t positively correlated to the behavioral intention of cloud platform service-based on “My Health Bank”. It means that Taiwan government must let “My Health Bank” penetrate into the young people’s daily routine, thereby increasing their dependence on it.
