從事醫療工作就如同Kakunje(2011)所說,醫療工作除了是個充滿壓力的行業,也是個必須耗費生理、情感與精神的職業。隨著醫病關係日漸複雜及緊張,讓原本就處於高壓狀態的醫療工作更是難以負荷,且病患也無法得到良好的醫療品質。
本研究是以醫護人員為研究對象,探討醫護人員的工作壓力在情緒勞務及幽默感對幸福感間之影響,而本問卷採用便利抽樣及滾雪球抽樣的方式進行調查,最後回收193份有效問卷,並以項目分析、信度分析、探索性因素分析、迴歸分析、層級迴歸分析、T檢定及變異數分析來驗證各研究假說,本研究結果顯示如下:
1.醫護人員的情緒勞務對工作壓力有顯著正向影響。
2.醫護人員的幽默感對工作壓力有顯著負向影響。
3.醫護人員的情緒勞務與幽默感對工作壓力有顯著影響。
4.醫護人員的工作壓力對幸福感有顯著負向影響。
5.醫護人員的情緒勞務對幸福感有顯著負向影響。
6.醫護人員的幽默感對幸福感有顯著正向影響。
7.醫護人員的工作壓力在情緒勞務對幸福感之影響上有顯著中介用。
8.醫護人員的工作壓力在幽默感對幸福感之影響上有顯著中介作用。
9.部分人口統計變項在各研究變項間有顯著差異。
最後本研究提供ㄧ些觀點,並期醫護人員能正視、妥善處理,情緒及工作壓力帶來的影響,以此來維持醫護人員與病患之間的良好互動關係。
英文摘要
Health care is a stressful profession and takes its toll at physical, emotional, and mental levels (Kakunje, 2011). The purpose of this study is to discuss the impacts on the Health Care’s Well-being of Emotional Labor and Humor Sense, and the mediating effect is Job Stress. 
A total of 193 samples of the health care were recruited through snowball sampling and convenience sampling. By implementing item analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, T-test and ANOVA. The results of this study can be concluded as the following:
1.There is a significant positive influence on health care’s emotional labor by job stress.
2.There is a significant negative influence on health care’s humor sense by of job stress.
3.There is a significant influence on health care’s emotional labor and humor sense by of job stress.
4.There is a significant negative influence on health care’s job stress by well-being.
5.There is a significant negative influence on health care’s emotional labor by well-being.
6.There is a significant positive influence on health care’s humor sense by well-being.
7.There is a partial mediating effect of job stress on the influence between emotional labor and well-being.
8.There is a partial mediating effect of job stress on the influence between humor sense and well-being.
9.There are significant differences on research variables by some demographic variables.
Finally, this study provides some viewpoints about advising the health care who can properly handle the impact on emotional and work stress in the future. In order to maintain a good relationship with patients.
