「伊斯蘭」一詞以往給人神秘、宗教意味濃厚及歷史悠久的印象，然而近年來「伊斯蘭」已從這些印象中突圍，並改頭換面以油氣儲量居世界之冠，成為「伊斯蘭」經濟發展強勁的後盾，及龐大內需市場造就金融商機之姿重新展現於世人眼前。

2008年當歐美銀行業深受金融危機困擾之際，伊斯蘭金融卻屹立不搖，此與其源遠流長而嚴謹的伊斯蘭道德標準及教義應用在規範商業活動有莫大關係。伊斯蘭金融穩妥發展迅速崛起，不但吸引國際注目，其不斷向上提升之經濟力量，也吸引許多非伊斯蘭教國家積極投入日漸茁壯之伊斯蘭金融市場，如歐洲的英國、法國、德國等，位於亞洲的國家有日本、香港、南韓、新加坡、馬來西亞及中國等。台灣的金融業者應如何及早加入此不斷擴展的伊斯蘭金融市場，即為本研究結果所期待能提供予本國金融業者對伊斯蘭金融發展更多的了解，並對本國金融業者發展伊斯蘭金融商品提供相關助益。

在本研究中，首先分析伊斯蘭金融經濟思維、規範及金融體制，再深入探討伊斯蘭金融商品、並比較其與傳統金融商品之差異。藉由分析個案國家之發展策略、優勢及借鏡其發展經驗，再與金融界高層主管之深入訪談後，檢視台灣的總體環境是否具備發展伊斯蘭金融商品之條件。最後，彙整本研究的重要結論，進而針對伊斯蘭金融商品在台發展之展望提出具體之建議。

The term”Islam”used to give an impression of mystery,strong religious implication and a long history.However,with the world’s largest oil reserve,”Islam”has recently broken this stereotype and emerged as the major driving force behind Islamic world’s economic development.Its massive domestic market has also created numerous financial opportunities for the whole world.

In 2008 when European and American banking industries were battered by financial crisis,the financial sector in Islamic world remained intact,which has much to do with Islam’s strict ethical standards and the implementation of its religious teachings in the regulation of business activities.As a result,not only the fast-rising Islamic finance has attracted international attention,but also because of its steadily growing economy,Islamic financial market has become the focus of investments from non-Islamic countries,such as the UK,France and Germany in Europe and Japan,Hong Kong,South Korea,Singapore,Malaysia and China in Asia.How can Taiwanese financial businesses quickly move to join this ever-expanding Islamic financial market?It is hoped that the results of this study can provide the financial businesses in the nation with more understanding on the development of Islamic Finance and offer help to those interested in providing Islamic financial commodities.

In this study,analyses were conducted on the thinking,regulations and systems of Islamic financial economies to further explore the difference between Islamic financial commodities and the traditional ones.Case studies were carried out on the development strategies,competitive edges and development experiences of related countries.Additionally,in-depth interviews were given to senior executives of the financial businesses in the country to examine the conditions of Taiwan’s overall environment for the development of Islamic financial commodities.Lastly,the key conclusions of this study were summed up to come up with concrete suggestions on the development of Islamic financial commodities in Taiwan.
