本研究主要以統治結構的觀點,瞭解廠商如何管理合作夥伴的投機主義行為,並探討感知不公平與不確定性如何調節統治結構與投機主義間的關係,進而釐清有關廠商和合作夥伴關係的持續性及投機主義對關係結束的影響和重要性。本研究採取紙本問卷發放以及電子郵件方式發放網路問卷,根據 天下雜誌 2018年所統計之 1,000大製造業,選取上市、上櫃公司作為研究對象,一共回收 210份有效問卷。研究結果發現,不論是選擇統治結構中的契約統治或是關 係統治皆能有效降低投機主義的產生。其中感知不公平有助於強化契約 統治和關係統治對投機主義的效果;不確 定性也有助於強化其契約統治和關係統治對投機主義的效果;投機主義對關係結束有正向且顯著影響。整體而言,本研究貢獻有助於增 進組織間關係、統治結構、交易成本理論、公平理論等相關文獻的了解。最後,除了提出理論與管理意涵外,本研究亦提出研究限制以及未來研究方向。 |

This study focuses on the governance structure,understands how vendors manage the opportunistic behavior of partners, and discuss how perceived unfairness and uncertainty moderate the relationship between governance structure and opportunistic, and clarifies the continuation of relevant vendors and partnerships. The impact and importance of sustainability and opportunism on the end of relationships. In this study, the approach of paper questionnaires and e-mail have been used to distribute online questionnaires to investigate the top 1,000 manufacturing industries in the World Magazine of 2018, and the listed companies and OTC companies have been chosen as research objects, and we have collected 210 valid questionnaires . This study found that whether the choice of contractual governance or relationship governance in the governance structure can effectively reduce the emergence of opportunism. The perception of unfairness strengthen the effect of contractual rule and relationship rule on speculation; uncertainty also strengthen the effect of contractual governance and relationship governance on opportunism; opportunism has a positive and significant impact on the relationship dissolution. Overall, the contribution of this study improve understanding of inter-organizational relations, governance structures, transaction cost theory, and fairness theory. Finally, in addition to the theoretical and management implications, this study also proposes research limitations and future research directions. |
