The impact and importance of sustainability and opportunism on the end of relationships. In this study, the approach of paper questionnaires and e-mail have been used to distribute online questionnaires to investigate the top 1,000 manufacturing industries in the World Magazine of 2018, and the listed companies and OTC companies have been chosen as research objects, and we have collected 210 valid questionnaires . The perception of unfairness strengthen the effect of contractual rule and relationship rule on speculation; uncertainty also strengthen the effect of contractual governance and relationship governance on opportunism; opportunism has a positive and significant impact on the relationship dissolution. Overall, the contribution of this study improve understanding of inter-organizational relations, governance structures, transaction cost theory, and fairness theory. Finally, in addition to the theoretical and management implications, this study also proposes research limitations and future research directions.
