中文摘要 旭然國際,從事研發生產濾心、濾袋及過濾器,為客戶解決各種過濾相關問題,從前端純水製程到後端廢水處理,甚至到海水淡化,行業應用廣泛,多年前創立自我品牌,從一家單一製造商成長為可提供完整系統性過濾與淨化解決方案的企業。
在一年的實習中,歷經所有生產部門,有熔噴課、濾袋課、打折課、射出課、模具與精加工課、濾殼生產課,也學習了生產管理,了解一樣產品從接單到排程生產一條龍的流程,並學習各產品製作原理與生產流程,並收集客戶反饋資訊、以及實際更換耗材等工作。
過濾在工業中佔有一個重要的位置,擔任分離、回收、純化的角色,而因不同的製程與過濾,衍生出不一樣的精密度與型式的耗材,以達到濾心過濾效果與壽命為選擇的依據,而選擇前也需注意被過濾物質與流體等因素來提供最適合的產品。
熔噴濾心原理為利用高溫使PP原料呈熔融狀態,利用高溫空氣產生熔體細流,冷卻固化形成超細纖維,在收集成圓柱狀濾心,透過各種參數調整精密度、長度、外徑、重量,來達到產品標準,並且利用三層式結構來達到高孔隙率、高截留率與高納汙量濾心。而因每個參數並不只影響一個數據,所以利用風量與溫度的配合來使精密度可以快速達到要求,並且利用光軸與計量泵的搭配來調整外景與重量,避免利用接收台距離調整,會造成精密度偏差,利用這兩個調整方式來達到迅速穩定、降低廢料量。
而熔噴製程受到環境因素的影響很大,所以要讓製程無時無刻地穩定生產,沒有靠更多的經驗累積與以及完善的調整方式,這會讓產能、濾心的品質會受到極大的考驗,所以除了積極培養人才來控管使生產品質、產能得到穩定和控制,能否將環境因素的影響降到最低,會是熔噴濾心製程的一大功課。
英文摘要 Bright Sheland International is engaged in research and develop, production of filter cartridges, filter bags and filters to solve various filtration-related problems for customers. From the pure water process to the wastewater treatment, and even to seawater desalination, it widely used in the industry. From a single manufacturer to a company that can provide a complete system of filtration and purification solutions.
I went through all the production departments during this year’s internship. There are melt blown section, filter bag section, Pleating section, injection molding section, mold and finishing section, filter shell production section, also learned production management section, customer service section and business department. The content of the work, to understand the same product, from the order to the production process through-train, and learn the production principle and production process of each product, and collect customer feedback information, as well as the actual replacement of consumables.
Filtration occupies an important position in the industry, and plays the role of separation, recovery, and purification. Due to different processes and filtration, different precision and types of filter cartridges are derived to achieve the filtration effect and life of the filter cartridges. Before selection, also need to pay attention to factors such as filtered substances and fluids to provide the most suitable products.
The principle of the melt-blown filter element is to use high temperature to make the PP raw material in a molten state, use high-temperature air to generate a fine stream of melt, cool and solidify to form ultra-fine fibers, collect it into a cylindrical filter cartridges, and adjust the precision, length, outer diameter, weight to meet product standards, and the use of three-layer structure to achieve high porosity, high retention and high dirt content filter cartridges. Since each parameter does not affect only one data, the combination of air volume and temperature is used to make the precision meet the requirements quickly, and the combination of the optical axis and the metering pump is used to adjust the location and weight. Avoid using the distance adjustment of the receiving station. Cause precision deviation, use these two adjustment methods to achieve rapid stability and reduce the amount of waste.
The melt-blown process is greatly affected by environmental factors, so the process must be stable at all times. If you don't rely on more experience accumulation and perfect adjustment methods, it will greatly test the production capacity and the quality of the filter cartridges. In addition to actively cultivating talents to control production quality and capacity to be stabilized and controlled, whether the impact of environmental factors can be minimized will be a major test for the melt-blown filter process.
