人類文明社會發展至20世紀中葉時，「恐怖主義」也伴隨著時代趨勢從中漸行孳生，也開始成為了當代各國政府、國際關係研究者們密切關注的區域安全議題。「911」恐怖攻擊事件發生後，其所引發的慘重損害不僅震驚世界，更促使美國等國家開始積極推行反恐戰爭作為，亦表明了「恐怖主義」問題已成為當代國際間中最重視的非傳統安全議題之一。
中國大陸近年表現的國力雖恰似當代國際強權，但與西方各國相較，其過去多年間對於「恐怖主義」的關注與認知相較滯後。然而近年多起源自分離主義、社會矛盾的重大恐怖攻擊事件，以及區域安全情勢的複雜化，亦導致大陸所面臨的恐怖威脅持續增強，其政府部門更因而採取較顯積極強勢的應對作法。
本文旨在分析中國大陸近年面對諸多恐怖威脅時，官方人員提出了哪些應對舉措，文中探討了有關大陸反恐思維的發展歷程、邊境反恐戰略施行的成效良窳等面向，並概略推估出其反恐政策未來應有哪些精進作為。也提及，在內、外部恐怖威脅的衝擊下，大陸政府近年一方面在境內積極完善反恐立法、設立相關機構以資應對，同時加強培訓各級單位查緝、防範恐怖攻擊的能力。另一方面，中國大陸也在國際間積極參與反恐活動，除對外展現負責任大國形象，並藉此獲取一些外交發展上的利益，故此戰略的推行對其而言必是有益無害的。

When the human civilization society developed into the middle of the 20th century, "terrorism" also gradually grew along with the trend of the times, and it began to become a regional security issue closely watched by contemporary governments and international relations researchers. After the "911" terrorist attack, the terrible damage caused by it not only shocked the world, but also prompted the United States and other countries to actively pursue the war on terrorism. It also shows that the "terrorism" issue has become the most important non-tradition in contemporary international. One of the security issues.
Although the national strength of mainland China in recent years is similar to that of contemporary international power, compared with Western countries, its concern and cognition of "terrorism" has lagged behind in the past years. However, in recent years, many major terrorist attacks originating from separatism and social contradictions, as well as the complication of regional security situations, have also led to the continued increase in the terrorist threats facing the mainland, and the government departments have adopted a more aggressive and strong response.
This paper aims to analyze the countermeasures proposed by the official in the face of many terrorist threats in mainland China in recent years. The paper explores the development of the anti-terrorism thinking in the mainland and the effectiveness of the implementation of the border anti-terrorism strategy, and roughly estimates its What advances should be made in the future of the anti-terrorism policy. It is also mentioned that under the impact of internal and external terrorist threats, the mainland government has actively improved anti-terrorism legislation and established relevant institutions to cope with it in recent years, and at the same time strengthened the ability to train all levels of units to investigate and prevent terrorist attacks. On the other hand, mainland China is also actively participating in anti-terrorist activities in the international arena. In addition to showing the image of a responsible big country and gaining some diplomatic development benefits, the implementation of this strategy must be beneficial to it.
