隨著時代的演進,人類的溝通模式也不斷在改變,自從即時訊息軟體的發明,透過電子郵件的溝通方漸漸被即時訊息軟體給取代,因為即時訊息技術的特性,為企業帶來溝通的便利,越來越多企業使用即時訊息在進行工作溝通,而企業主也擔心這些公有雲即時通訊軟體所帶來的資安隱憂。
本研究對象是已經導入「私有雲架構即時通訊系統」之五間企業,採用質性研究方式與各企業進行專家訪談,使用技術、組織、環境架構(Technology-Organization-Environment Framework, TOE Framework)進行探討可能影響企業導入「私有雲架構即時通訊系統」之關鍵因素,研究結果顯示所有個案公司在採用此類型系統需要高階主管的支持,並與每間企業的企業文化有一定程度的影響,規模較小的企業則對於導入系統所需的資源特別重視,綜合本研究的發現,希望能提供給未來要導入此類型系統的企業一個參考與依據。
英文摘要
With the evolution of the times, the human communication model is constantly changing. Since the invention of instant messaging software, the communicators via e-mail have gradually been replaced by instant messaging software. Because of the characteristics of instant messaging technology, it is convenient for enterprises to communicate. More and more companies are using instant messaging to communicate with their employees, and business owners are also worried about the security concerns caused by these public cloud instant messaging software.
This research object is the five companies that have already been introduced into the 	Private Cloud Architecture Instant Messaging System”. They use qualitative research methods to conduct interviews with experts and use the Technology-Organization-Environment Framework (TOE Framework). Discuss the key factors that may affect the introduction of the “private cloud architecture instant messaging system” by enterprises. The research results show that all case companies adopt this type of system requires the support of high-level executives, and have a certain degree of influence with the corporate culture of each company. Small companies attach particular importance to the resources required for the introduction of the system. The findings of this study are expected to provide a reference and basis for enterprises to introduce this type of system in the future.
