此篇研究論文「臺灣原住民與巴拉圭瓜拉尼原住民之比較研究」，將從歷史研究、人種學，質化的研究著手，闡述台灣原住民與瓜拉尼人之間的異同及文化、知識交流，首先可追溯至十三世紀末和十四世紀初前臺灣原住民前往新世界，即為拉丁美洲，且著重在其開拓者於南美洲之活動。

本篇論文發現臺灣與巴拉圭原住民的族群演變雖因地理位置有所差異，但兩者間的文化、神話、占星術、宗教信仰以及對於自然的敬仰卻有其相似之處。經由此研究可得知臺灣原住民遷徙到南美洲的路徑。

因此論文屬科學研究，筆者將以下列資料或方法分析，以達到此研究目的：相關數據、書目、檔案、證明文件，以及親自前往巴拉圭巴拉瓜里省及臺灣烏來原住民部落進行田野調查。

The present work of scientific investigation "Anthropological and Ethnological Analogy Taiwanese and the Identity with the Guaranies" of the type of historical, ethnographic, qualitative study, deals with the relationship and exchange of knowledge made between the aborigines of Taiwan and the guaranies, ultra-marked trips made by these first ones, towards the new world: America, and that its proven first steps through South America go back to the end of the 13th century and the beginning of the 14th century.

In the scientific work carried out, the evolution of the knowledge of Taiwanese and Paraguayan aboriginal families is exposed, antagonistic because of its geographical location but analogous from the parallelism in culture, mythology, astrological cosmovision, religiosity, medicine and the vision regarding nature, whose conception transformed it into a unique implausibility, and that from the present scientific work, through the foundation and the pursuit of the proposed objectives, it was possible to elucidate as fact accomplished, the going on of the aboriginal descendants of Taiwan, by South American lands.

As a technical-scientific procedure, it was necessary to collect data, bibliographic, documentary, testimonial, visits to aboriginal jurisdictions in the Paraguarí Department of Paraguay, where the first aboriginal peoples they was settled, and in the Wulai area of Taiwan, where The Atalayas they was the primitive residents who exclaimed when arrived: "Wu lai ga lu" or hot springs source, characteristic of the jurisdiction, being analysed, referred information for further analysis of the results.
