恐怖主義自21世紀初開始受到世界上許多國家重視，自美國九一一事件之後更是達到高峰，其中又對法國近年來發生的恐怖攻擊事件想更加深入了解，法國地理位置位於歐洲的心臟中心，國境邊界又連結著許多國家，造就了法國國內民族的多元性，也間接地成為了激進組織孕育人員的溫床，2015年所爆發的難民危機，也使整個法國反恐政策受到衝擊及改革。

    針對觀察法國自2015年之後反恐法改革，探討法國在近年來反恐政策上的轉變，透過制度面以及法制面進行運作。由於我國在反恐相關議題方面所研究之方向多針對美國以及英國等反恐政策，並且已由許多學者做出相當大之貢獻以及分析，故本研究亦希望能跟隨其腳步。

Terrorism has been valued by many countries in the world since the beginning of the 21st century, and it has peaked since the September 11 incident in the United States. Among them, This content is to learn more about the terrorist attacks in France in recent years. France is located in the heart of Europe. Frontier borders have connected many countries, which has created the diversity of French nationalities and indirectly became a breeding ground for radical organizations. The refugee crisis that broke out in 2015 has also impacted and reformed the entire French counter-terrorism policy.

    In order to observe the reform of counter-terrorism law in France since 2015, and to explore the changes in France's counter-terrorism policy in recent years, it operates through the institutional and legal aspects. Since the research direction of Taiwan's counter-terrorism related topics mostly focuses on counter-terrorism policies such as the United States and the United Kingdom, and many scholars have made considerable contributions and analysis, this research also hopes to follow its footsteps.
