|| The study was based on Taipei City Film and Video Audio Experimental Education Institute (referred TMS) case studies.TMS is a joint lying by the Taipei City Cultural Bureau and the Taipei City Cultural Foundation. Combined with multi-oriented cooperative industry running a school partner, designing creative courses with a bright eye, provide reference and mirror for other non-school experimental educational institutions.
The purpose of the study is to understand the idea of TMS and curriculum planning、organization of operations and teaching activities、features of the evaluation method，reviewing the current situation and dilemma and future development direction of TMS. This study adopts the method of document analysis、data collected in interviews and observation survey methods,analysis and comparison of documentation through relevant ordinances and documents, visiting the views of school-runners and teachers, teachers and parents, observe the learning environment and teaching reality, exploring the current situation of TMS and the dilemma to be solved,put forward the corresponding strategy and the policy of expanding the future connected education.
The study found that TMS campus atmosphere opened, the concept of running a school looks forward to through a wealth of film and television audio courses, so that young students with dreams have solid skills and attitudes in the industry development. There's no bells in the school, learning state without desks, chairs and pen and paper tests,four Seasons for The Curriculum Design Architecture, every student's form is different, they can choose according to the elasticity of interest, increase ability to explore independently. School teachers shoulder more administrative and tutorwork,causes high turnover rate and high course movement, but the senior teachers who remain are optimistic and positive about the development of experimental education.
Future TMS needs more substantive innovation in curriculum development and human resources, to meet and stabilize the needs of students and parents, community expectations. Expect to bridge through the downwards,the curriculum and patterns of experimental education can be adapted to students early. Experimental education needs more government and industrial development bet, gain the support and trust of parents of teachers and students, in an open learning atmosphere ,so that every child can adapt to life now, looking forward to the future of society, multi-literacy with lifelong learning.
