環境污染問題已經不是一朝一夕的問題,而是存在了很久的議題,近年的氣候暖化更是明顯。隨著環境污染問題越來越嚴重,人們也提出了許多的解決方案,其中包括永續消費,環保回收,吃素解決等。無包裝商品的消費模式屬於永續消費的其中一項,也是其中一項可以幫助人們與環境共存的方法。隨著人們對於環境保護的意識越來越強,以及日益蓬勃發展的國家促使了無包裝商店在歐洲國家的興起。本研究主要探討無包裝商店在台灣的可行性,以提供更好的意見給有興趣開始無包裝商店的創業家。以與五位零售商家進行訪問,以及大眾收集數值資料的方式進行分析。許多商家與大眾都認為人們的環保意識是最大的因素而導致個無包裝商店無法在台灣立足,但研究報告顯示,人們對於環境的意識已經比20年前高出許多,反而他們目前遇見的問題是心有餘而力不足,需要更多方便的管道幫助他們將永續消費落實在生活當中。政府政策的改變以帶動商家與消費者的改變更是廣被建議的方法,而大企業的主動改變可以更快速地鼓勵消費者改變購買形式,以改變生活方式。
英文摘要
Environmental issues have been a problem for many years. As environmental issues have escalated exponentially, numerous solutions have been proposed; or which include sustainable consumption, recycling, being vegetarian and etc. Non-packaging stores could be considered one of the recently discussed sustainable consumption methods to change people’s living habits. Europe has seen the beginnings of non-packaging stores as a result of consumer’s awareness to the environments and social lifestyle changes in developed countries. This study analyzed the feasibility of having widespread non-packaging stores in Taiwan. Qualitative research method has been applied in this study by interviewing with five experts and numerical data collect from the public. Findings suggest that consumer’s environment awareness in Taiwan is high in average to have non-packaging stores widespread throughout Taiwan, the issue of convenience is the main consideration for consumer to change their lifestyles. Changes of government policy between enterprise and consumer will promote the new consumption method. The study recommends that a well-planned marketing and management planning is suggested to be made before starting up a non-packaging store.  Government developing new policy for enterprise and consumers will change the world.
