近年來,全球氣候變遷的議題已刻不容緩,葡萄酒產業當然也不例外。歐盟的葡萄酒產業亦是其會員國一項重要的經濟發展。葡萄酒產業是個極易受到氣候影響的產業,在全球氣候變遷的影響下,未來很可能造成葡萄酒產區的移動與改變。歐盟的葡萄酒產業也因全球暖化與極端天氣事件等因素,正受到挑戰。歐盟的葡萄酒產業據專家預測,為未來受氣候變遷影響甚為重要的地區,如何找出面對氣候變遷所帶來的影響與挑戰之解決之道,為其永續發展的關鍵。在歐盟的葡萄酒產業中,長久以來以白葡萄酒聞名於國際葡萄酒市場的法國阿爾薩斯地區與德國萊茵河流域,不論在緯度、氣候以及其他⽅面,都有許多相似之處。在面對氣候變遷的影響下,上述二地區該如何捍衛其特有的葡萄酒風土,並保持其在國際葡萄酒市場上的定位並且永續發展,值得我們研究。
本文的研究內容,主要可分為四大部分。一:分析國際與歐盟對於永續葡萄酒產業的定義與要素,並從歐盟的永續發展,分析歐盟葡萄酒產業的發展。二:⾸先,說明歐盟葡萄酒的制度以及葡萄酒標示的建⽴,並分析其相異之處。其次,分析歐盟有機葡萄酒的認證與發展,並且對於邁向葡萄酒產業永續發展之永續的葡萄種植,加以分析並說明之,最後歸納出其中異同。三:首先,針對歐盟白葡萄酒產業的發展與現況,加以分析並說明。其次,針對法國阿爾薩斯地區與德國萊茵河流域此二地區的白葡萄酒產業,分析其產業發展與在氣候變遷問題下,面臨的挑戰與因應之措施,最後對此二地區進⾏比較與分析。四:以永續發展的理論,從環境、經濟與社會三方面,檢視法國阿爾薩斯地區與德國萊茵河流域白葡萄酒產業在氣候變遷下的永續發展。因此,本文先以宏觀的⾓度探討歐盟的葡萄酒產業之制度與發展,並逐步層層分析至法國阿爾薩斯地區與德國萊茵河流域的白葡萄酒產業永續發展的解決之道。
英文摘要
In recent years, the issue of global climate change has become an urgent issue, and the wine industry is without exception. The EU wine industry is also an important economic development for its members states. The wine industry is an industry that is highly vulnerable to climate. Because of the influence of global climate change, it is likely to change wine regions. The EU wine industry is also being challenged because of global warming and extreme weather events, etc. According to the predictions of experts, EU
wine region is an very important region influenced by global climate change. And how the wine industry in the EU faces the impacts and challenges led to by climate change in the future, is very important. The key factor is sustainable development. Among the European Union's wine industry, the Alsace region of France and the Rhineland region of Germany have long been known for its white wines in the international wine
market. The above two regions of Europe have many similarities in terms of latitude, climate and others.To cope with the climate change, how to maintain the Terroir ,its position in the international wine market and the sustainability in the above two regions is worth studying.The research content of this paper can be divided into four parts. First: Analyzes the definitions and
elements of the international and EU sustainable wine industry, and analyzes the development of the EU wine industry from the sustainable development of the EU. Second: explains the EU wine system and the establishment of wine labels, and analyzes their differences. Then, analyzes the certification and development of EU organic wine, and analyzes and explains the sustainable grape growing and the differences between them. Third, analyzes and explains the development and current situation of the EU white wine industry. Then analyzes the development and the solutions to cope with the climate change challenges in the white wine industry in the Alsace region and the Rhineland region of Germany. Finally,the two regions are compared and analyzed. Fourth, based on the theory of sustainable development, from
the perspectives of environment, economy and society, the sustainable development of the white wine industry in the Alsace region of France and the Rhineland region of Germany will be examined. Therefore,this paper first explains the system and the development of the European wine industry from a macro
perspective, and then step by step analyzes the solution to the sustainable development of the white wine industry in the Alsace region of France and the Rhineland region of Germany.
