雲端運算因為網路的快速普及和頻寬的成長,加上行動網路應用的蓬勃發展,促成雲端服務成為熱門話題,也將成為未來資訊應用的主要發展趨勢。本研究以一般有使用雲端儲存空間服務經驗的網路使用者為對象,主要目的在了解影響使用者使用雲端儲存空間服務的使用意願為何。以使用者內在評估的相對優勢(轉換成本、轉換利益、知覺價值)、任務科技配適理論、雲端服務安全性探討使用者對於雲端儲存空間之使用意願,並要討論彼此之間的關係。
本研究針對209位有使用雲端儲存空間服務經驗的網路使用者進行問卷調查,並利用結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling,SEM)進行模型估計;研究結果顯示,使用者的使用意願受其認知價值的影響,而價值來自於成本與利益的整體評估;使用者的任務活動配合使用雲端儲存空間服務,搭配程度越高時,使用意願也越高;安全問題會影響使用者的使用意願;而研究結果也發現,成本因素不會直接明顯地影響使用者的使用意願。本研究結果提供具體的建議,希望用以建立更完善的雲端儲存空間服務。
英文摘要
Due to the rapid spread of the network and the improved bandwidth, the cloud computing together with mobile network applications, has contributed to make cloud services become a hot topic and a major trend of the future IT applications. The objective of this study is to investigate the Internet user’s willingness to use cloud storage service. This study focuses on three main areas: the benefits to users (switch costs, switch benefits, and perceived value), task-technology fit theory, and the security of cloud services in order to understand what motivates users to select cloud storage services and the relationship between those constructs.
The data collected for this study are 209 internet users with experience of cloud storage services and structural equation modeling is the statistical method used to test the proposed theoretical model. Research results show that users’ selection of cloud computing services is determined by their perception of value, which is based on an evaluation of the relative costs and benefits. The study also shows that the user’s task has a fit with the use of cloud storage services, the higher the fit, the higher the intention to use the cloud storage services. This research also shows that the security issues affect the decision to use this type of services. However, the cost factor does not significantly impact users’ willingness to employ cloud storage services. This study concludes with specific recommendations for building a more comprehensive set of cloud storage services.
