近年來台灣家庭結構重大變化，現代女性教育程度提升，加上性別平權意識倡導，逐漸成為當代社會主流，越來越多女性投入工作職場儼然已成為趨勢，這也造就雙薪家庭比例逐漸上升，大多數雙薪家庭因工作繁忙而選擇托嬰中心照顧。
    市面上設立托嬰中心成千上萬家機構，但家長要如何挑選良好的托嬰中心，使孩童在安全的環境成長，此外家長需要了解孩童在托嬰中心照護情況，只能透過托育人員或是行政人員單一管道取得資訊，無法得知孩童在托嬰中心的照護情況，近年屢次發生托嬰中心虐嬰事件，如虐嬰致死或者托育人員疏忽照顧導致小孩趴睡窒息而死等意外事件。
因此本論文針對幼兒照護設計與實作網頁伺服器平台，使家長與行政人員能夠即時關注孩童照護相關資訊，如安全監控、成長狀況、健康資訊、行政互動、托嬰紀錄、托嬰報名等，令家長得以方便在親子照護管理平台獲取相關資訊。

In recent years, the family structure in Taiwan has undergone major changes, the education level of modern women has increased, and the advocacy of gender equality has gradually become the mainstream of contemporary society. More and more women have become a trend in the workplace. This has also led to a gradual increase in the proportion of double-income families. Most double-income families choose to take care of the baby care center due to their busy work.
There are thousands of institutions in the market, but parents should choose a good baby-care center to make children grow up in a safe environment. In addition, parents need to know the child care situation in the nursery center, only through the nursery staff. Or the administrative staff has obtained information from a single channel, and it is impossible to know the child care situation in the nursery center. In recent years, there have been repeated child-care incidents in the baby-care center, such as child-killing death or carelessness of the caregiver, causing the child to sleep and suffocate and die. event.
Therefore, this paper aims at the design and implementation of web server platform for children's care, so that parents and administrators can immediately pay attention to child care related information, such as security monitoring, growth status, health information, administrative interaction, baby record, baby registration, etc. It is convenient for parents to obtain relevant information on the parent-child care management platform.
