隨著時代背景的轉換，透過科技的發展，自1990年代就開始有網路選戰的出現，候選人可以利用的選戰策略也越來越多樣化、團隊組成的幕僚比起以往也有很明顯的差異性，這些潛在的因素間接影響了選戰策略的走向。
因此本研究主要探討傳統選戰策略與新世代網路選戰策略對於選舉結果的影響，並且以2018年新北市板橋區及永和區議員選舉為例。研究方法透過深度訪談法為樣本及實際參與觀察法分析資料。研究發現目前仍處於新舊交替世代，大部分候選人皆會採取兩項策略混用，並非僅採取單一策略，顯示出台灣選民仍相當重視候選人親自面對面與對民眾拉票的行為，而同時也會從各大網路平台獲得候選人訊息。

With the changing generation and development of technology, there have been online campaigns since 1990s. The campaign strategies that candidates can adopt have become more and more diversified, and the style of the staff is more different than before. The differences between these two potential factors have indirectly affected the direction of the election strategy. 
Therefore, this study mainly explores the effect of traditional campaign strategies and web campaign strategies and takes 2018 Banqiao District and Yonghe District Councillor elections in New Taipei City as an example. The research used in-depth interview method as the research samples and observation. The study found that the current generation was still between the old and new transition, and most candidates would adopt integrated strategies but not only focusing on single style strategy, which means that interacting and canvassing with the voters in person play an important role for Taiwanese. Meanwhile, the voters would also receive the candidates’ information from any platform.
