國內財產保險的簽單保費收入中,以汽車保險所佔的比例為最高,而汽車 保險之保費收入中以第三人責任損失險所佔比例近三成,但損失率一直居高不 下。本研究針對第三人責任損失險之被保險人資料中,由過去的理賠資訊及經驗 並藉助實證分析,找出第三人責任損失險出險的相關因素及防範措施,以作為汽 車保險經營者訂定核保準則及營業方針之參考。 本研究國內某一代表性產險公司於2015 年1 月至12 月投保任意汽車第三人 責任險之被保險人(自然人)為取樣樣本,共取樣13,842 件,其中有效件數為8,173 件,參考變數依序為(1)理賠金額、(2)性別、(3)居住地區、(4)汽車廠牌、(5)車齡、 (6)出險地區、(7)險種等七項,至於排氣量則不納入變數參考。 透過本文的模式 建構與實證研究結果,證實在台灣的汽車保險市場中,任意汽車第三人責任保險 存在資訊不對稱的情況。 |
英文摘要 |
Motor insurance receives the highest proportion of income from written premiums for domestic property insurance. In addition to this, almost thirty percent of motor insurance premiums are from third party liability insurance. However, its loss ratio has remained consistently high. Through research into records for third party liability insurance, this study undertakes the empirical research and analysis of related data and past experiences in order to discover the related factors to third party liability accidents and protective measures. These will then be used as a reference for motor insurance management in the consideration of insurance regulations and business policies. This study took samples from third party motor liability insured (natural person) of a domestic insurance company during the period of January 2015 to December 2015. In total there were 13,842 samples, among them the effective piece is 8,173, and the following seven factors were taken into account: (1) claim amount, (2) gender, (3) area of residence, (4) car brand, (5) vehicle age, (6) area accident occurred in, (7) insurance category. Car exhaust levels were not taken into account. Through this study’s methods and empirical research, it is confirmed that in the Taiwanese motor insurance market, information asymmetry exists in third party liability motor insurance. |
