英文在現今社會已然變成大家競相學習的第二外語,英語教學與教材就相對變得非常重要。在全球化的影響之下,英語教材的編輯以及撰寫也就相對的受到國際與不同國家文化的影響。本論文主要針對新北市某一大學的大一英文教材作分析以及探討。旨在了解英語教材的標題和內容是否受到文化的影響,以及是否能夠協助學生藉由學習第二外語了解不同的文化。文化包含不同的面向跟內涵,分為表面以及深層文化。表面的文化比較容易被觀察的出來,例如:節日、習俗等;而深層的文化內容包括:信仰、生活習慣等等。
	本論文的主旨在於分析兩種不同的文化內涵對於英文教材的內容和標題,以及針對四本不同的教材進行分析,以看出文化對於教材的影響跟是否影響學生的學習內容跟培養學生對於不同文化的文化意識。
英文摘要
English as a second language is already turned everybody’s learning goal as to be more competitive and be able to communicate in this trend of globalization. The issue of culture and global issues in English teaching and the teaching material is now a necessary topic in teaching English as second language. Under this trend of global influence, English teaching material edit as well as the composition also on relative comes under international and the different national culture influence. The present paper mainly aims at new north market some university of English teaching material to make the analysis as well as the discussion. For the purpose of understanding English teaching material, the title and content whether cultural influence, as well as whether material can assist student learning the second foreign language understanding different culture. 
Culture contains different facts with the connotation, divides into superficial as well as in-depth culture. The superficialculture quite is easy coming out which observes, for example: holiday, custom and so on; but in-depth cultural content includes: belief, habits and customs and so on.The correlation of culture and global issue is now being a new topic when people talkingabout English teaching and learning.
	The present paper primary intention lies in analyzes two different cultural connotations regarding English teaching material content and the title, as well as carries on the analysis in view of four different teaching materials, sees the culture regarding the teaching material influence with whether affects student's study content with to train the student regarding different cultural cultural consciousness.
