中文摘要 隨著資訊科技的發展,人們對於資訊、知識的需求越來越大,如何有效的儲存和應用知識,成為近年來熱門的議題,因此很多論文都針對知識管理這個議題在探討,但都侷限在資訊科技及金融產業,甚少著墨在成衣產業,因此本論文欲針對成衣產業的知識管理做研究,盼能助於知識管理在成衣產業上之成效。
本研究欲透析個案公司整體運作流程,目的是對公司現有之知識管理機制做評析,並以專家訪談之方法評估目前公司數位知識學習之效益,再提出對成衣業公司知識管理系統建置之建議。
依據個案分析與訪談結果,建議個案公司除現有數位學習系統外,可再建置法則庫(個人經驗、個案事件)和個案庫(不同客人SOP與特性),來強化知識管理系統的完整性。並設置服務報修的機制,來完整記錄事件處理過程,收集員工所累積而成的工作知識。
完整的知識管理系統有助於個人與公司知識資產的建立與保存,提高公司競爭力,希冀本論文研究成果能作為未來相關產業的公司在知識管理運作上之參考,達到個人與組織共同成長共同茁壯之目的。
英文摘要 With the development of information technology, people are greater and greater to the demand for information, knowledge, what effective storing and employing knowledge, become the hot topic in recent years, so direct this topic against information management in the discussion, but all confine to information technology and financial industry in a lot of theses, very lack the Chinese ink in the industry of the ready-made clothes, so a thesis wants to make studying to the information management of the industry of the ready-made clothes, wish to help in the information management effect on the industry of the ready-made clothes.
This research wants to dialyze company's whole operation procedure of the case, the purpose is to do evaluation and analysis to the mechanism of management of knowledge that the company has now, and assess benefit of company's digit knowledge study at present by expert's interview method, and then propose the suggestion on company's knowledge administrative system construction of garment industry.
According to case analysis and interview result, propose the case company besides existing digit learning system, but the rule storehouse of the construction (personal experience, case incident) again With the case storehouse (different guests SOP and the characteristic) ,To strengthen the integrality of the administrative system of knowledge. And set up and serve the mechanism reported for repayment, to record the incident and handle the course completely, collect the working knowledge that the staff accumulate and become.
The intact knowledge administrative system contributes to setting-up and save of individual and company's knowledge assets, improve company's competitiveness, hope the reference on the operation of information management that it is here that the research results of this thesis can be regarded as the relevant company of the industry of future, achieve individual and healthy and strong purpose of organizing growing up together commonly.
