本研究目的在探討醫策會「教學醫院評鑑學術性期刊認定標準」所認定期刊，利用書目計量法分析2012年至2014年認定範圍內屬於臺灣出版之醫學期刊出版的文章。
研究對象共有7,343篇文章，198,270筆參考文獻，分載於58種期刊，藉以探討醫策會認可期刊的特性，也分析作者、其任職機構與評鑑制度的關聯性。
研究結果顯示：醫策會認定且由臺灣出版之醫學期刊皆受到評鑑審查規定的影響，各期刊論文類型逐漸改以原創論文為主。作者職類主要為醫師，佔76.01%，非醫師職類多數為教授身分或其他醫療行政人員，此外依序為護理師、醫檢師、藥師。合著情形普遍，跨機構合著的情形超過六成。與評鑑結果關聯性高，作者以機構名義投稿數量前25名中，囊括了19個醫學中心、6個區域醫院。取得認可之期刊對外能見度提高，外稿有逐年增加趨勢。引用文獻數量受到各類型文章投稿準則限制。
根據研究結果提出的建議包括：建議醫策會增加非醫師職類認可期刊範圍、有意發行期刊之單位可參考之相關資訊、醫院論文獎勵金收件制度可增加的填表欄位、出版單位可將ORCID納入投稿作者資訊的必要欄位、醫策會可建立評鑑認可期刊書目資料庫。

The purpose of this study is to explore the journals accredited by the “Teaching Hospital Evaluation Academic Journal Accreditation Standard” of the Taiwan Joint Commission on Hospital Accreditation; TJCHA. The bibliometrics method was adopted to analyze articles under the scope of accredited medical journals published in Taiwan from 2012 to 2014.

The research participants include 7,343 articles and 198,270 entries of references, which are used to explore the characteristics of journals accredited by the TJCHA and analyze the relevance among the authors, the institutions they serve in, and the evaluation system.

The results of the study reveal that:
(1)	The medical journals accredited by the TJCHA and published in Taiwan are under the impact of the evaluation review provisions.
(2)	The types of the journal papers have gradually become original article based. 
(3)	The authors’ profession is mostly physicians, accounting for 76.01%; the non-medical profession category consists of mostly professors or other medical administrators, followed by nurses, medical examiners, and pharmacists. 
(4)	Co-authors are common occurrences, while cross-institutional co-authors exceed 60%.
(5)	Among the top 25 with a high degree of relevance with the evaluation results and the number of articles published by authors using their institution name, 19 are medical centers and six are regional hospitals.
(6)	Journals that have been accredited have higher external visibility and yearly increases in publications, while the number of citations is limited by the publication criteria for various types of articles.

Based on the research results, the recommendations proposed include: 
(1)	It is recommended the TJCHA increase the scope of accredited journals for the non-medical profession category. 
(2)	Units intending to publish journals may also refer to related information. 
(3)	For the hospital paper award acceptance system, table columns may be increased.
(4)	Publishers may include ORCID in necessary columns designated for publishing author information.
(5)	The TJCHA may establish an evaluation of accredited journal bibliographic database.
