本研究旨在探討國小高年級學童內外控傾向與其關係攻擊行為之相關程度,並進一步探討社交技巧能力之交互調節作用。本研究以台北縣市國小高年級學童為研究對象,有效樣本共504份。所使用的研究工具為「人際關係量表」、「社交技巧量表」及「關係攻擊行為量表」,所得資料以描述性統計、t檢定、皮爾森積差相關、逐步迴歸分析、層級迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,歸納研究結果如下:
一、國小高年級學童普遍傾向內控發展,且最傾向正內控發展。
二、國小高年級學童普遍具有中等偏高的社交技巧能力,其中以「主動合作」的能力最高,「自我控制」的能力為最低。
三、國小高年級學童在關係攻擊行為的向度上呈現中等偏低的水準,且男女在關係攻擊行為上並無差異存在。
四、外控傾向程度越高,其表現關係攻擊行為的可能性越高。
五、負外控傾向程度越高,其表現關係攻擊行為的可能性越高。
六、國小高年級學童社交技巧能力與內外控傾向之交互作用對關係攻擊行為具顯著影響力;社交技巧在內外控傾向與關係攻擊行為間具備顯著交互調節效果。
    依據研究及果與討論,研究者提出對未來研究及諮商輔導上的建議與參考。
英文摘要
This research is about how much the internal-external control of primary school students interrelated with the relational aggressive behaviors, further more, the interactive effect with social skills. This is a study of 10 to 12 years old students in Taipei City and Taipei County, with 504 qualify samples them with the Relationship Scales, Social Skill Scales, and Relational Aggressive Behaviors Scales, and analyzing with T-test, descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, stepwise regression and hierarchical regression analysis.
Result:
1.10 to 12 years old students tend to be internal control  development, mostly are positive.
2.10 to 12 years old students usually got medium to high social skills, the best is cooperating, while the worst is self-control.
3.The relational aggressive behaviors of 10 to 12 years old students are medium to low, and there is no difference between two genders.
4.When the child got higher external control deviation, the more possibility that they will present relational aggressive behaviors.
5.When the child got higher negative external control deviation, the more possibility that they will present relational aggressive behaviors.
6.The interaction between social skills and internal-external control has significant impact of relational aggressive behaviors, and there is also significant interactive effect among social skills, internal-external control, and relational aggressive behaviors.

According to the results and discussion, researcher could provide some recommendations and consultations in counseling and research in the future.
