中文摘要 本研究旨在探討老年人品味生活影像之經驗,根據正向心理學的品味概念,探討老年人透過手機拍攝實際影像的品味經驗,以及過去、現在和未來的人生影像之品味素養形成因素及自我評價。本研究採用半結構式深度訪談,以立意取樣方式,蒐集三位年齡60-65歲女性的品味生活影像及自我評價的訪談資料,訪談進行兩次,最後,將資料依主題予以整理、歸納與分析。依據研究目的及問題,本研究得出研究結論如下:(一)參與者在自己拍攝的生活影像品味經驗中,展現許多的自我概念,透過鏡頭視角投射自我意識及所欣賞和嚮往的人生。品味影像流程也投射了當下、過往和未來的自己以及連結周遭的關係。而參與者品味影像策略操作包含:想像所吸引之物是因為彼此前世有約而對眼前景象產生更多的正向情感;以他人正向經驗來督促自己,補償過往缺憾;以具體行動表達正向感覺;主動與他人分享影像中的美麗;以及當今拍攝的影像是儲存對未來的期待與準備,以產生正向期待感受。(二)參與者從過去到現在的品味素養形成因素則包含有:社會支持與信仰力量;社會參與的正向體驗;透過有意識的經營快樂、選擇開心,而珍惜當下美好;還有穩定的經濟所帶來的安全感,這些條件,讓參與者穩定內在狀態逐步形成良好品味能力。而自我評價部分,參與者即使過去曾貶低自己,但現在能強化自己的特質肯定自己,也期待被肯定;再者,由於樂觀自主性及攝影的體力需求而叮嚀自己照顧身體,讓參與者減緩老年生理退化的焦慮。最後,參與者也都以愛自己為原則,期待未來的自己活出優雅、尊嚴與全新的自我。本研究也根據研究結果,提出品味素養開花元素,來闡述老人品味素養形成之前,所需具備的五大基本要素,來強化內在價值,以建立品味能力。
英文摘要 The purpose of the study was to explore the experience of elderly people’s savoring in their daily life images. As stated in the concept of savoring in positive psychology, we focused on elderly people’s savoring experiences through their shooting photos by smart phone and explored the elements of the cultivation of savoring as well as their self-evaluation respectively in elderly people’s life images from the past, the present and the future.
The semi-structured in-depth interviews were used for 2 sessions with 3 female participants between the age of 60 to 65. The interviews were transcribed verbatim and analyzed inductively based on the theme. On the basis of the purpose of this study, we concluded some findings as follows:First, the participants showed many self-concepts from their savoring experiences in their life photos images. Through the camera, they projected their self-consciousness and their craving for life. The process of their savoring also projected their own self at the present, the past and the future and was connected to the relationship around them. As for the savoring strategy, it encompassed the following:They imagined things that attracted them to shoot photos as if they had
an appointment with each other in a previous life which brought them more positive emotion, urged themselves and compensated their unfulfilled past by others’ positive
experiences, expressed their positive feelings through actions, shared aggressively with others the beauty of photos, took photos as anticipation and preparation for the future so that they could produce the feeling of positive expectation. Second, the elements of the
participants’ cultivation of savoring from the past to the present were:Social support and the power of religious belief, the positive experience of social engagement, consciously manage happiness and select joy to cherish the present moment, a sense of security through financial stability. With regard to self-evaluation, even some devaluation in the past, the participants at present could positively recognize themselves by reinforcing their specialty and wished to be recognized by others, too. Furthermore, because of the
optimistic autonomy and the attention to their health care upon the need of physical strength due to photography engagement, the anxiety of aging physical regression was alleviated. Finally, loving themselves was regarded as a principle to anticipate themselves living with elegance, dignity and whole new self in the future. According to the result, this study also suggested “Savoring cultivation blooming elements” to express that before savoring is cultivated, 5 basic elements are needed that can reinforce elderly people’s inner value for the founding of savoring.
