隨著數位時代的來臨,數位看板的興起逐漸取代了以往使用紙張進行宣傳的方式,並廣泛被利用於廣告託播、數位學習及展示導覽等方向。但目前大多數位看板系統使用機上盒作為服務媒介,造成相關服務必須仰賴特定硬體;而各廠商所研發的機上盒並無統一規格,也造成使用者在更新汰換硬體時必須整套更換。另一方面,也有業者陸續提出使用物聯網技術建置數位看板系統,該類系統主要結合雲端服務,利用網頁伺服器提供簡易的管理方式,不用機上盒也能提供服務,提升了使用的便利性;對使用者而言免除在本機安裝管理軟體,避開了管理軟體與本機作業系統不相容的情況;對網路環境不熟的使用者而言也避開了安裝管理軟體時,獨自配置複雜參數設定的窘境;此外,物聯網架構數位看板對於設備綁定使用註冊序號的方式,避開了使用綁定固定IP的方式可能發生IP衝突或遺失的情況。不過,目前物聯網架構數位看板使用上仍有對設備管理及監控方面稍嫌薄弱之處。本研究擷取了硬體及物聯網架構數位看板的優點,提出利用物聯網技術為基礎的數位看板管理系統架構,讓數位看板服務不需使用特定硬體設備,並增強管理系統對數位看板設備管理和狀態監控的能力,以及強化設備的群組設定的便利性和群組訊息功能的彈性。
英文摘要
With the advent of the digital era, digital signage players have gradually replaced conventional paper advertising and have been widely used in broadcast advertising, digital learning, exhibition tours, and other aspects. However, traditional digital signage players require a Set Top Box, STB as the service medium, resulting in service reliance on specific hardware. Meanwhile, there is no uniform standard for manfuacutrers to follow during digital signage development. As a result, users must change the entire hardware to update or replace an STB. On the other hand, the IoT has set up a combination of dignity signage and cloud services to provide services through webpage browser management, even without an STB, thus the enhanced ease of use and convenience. As far as users are concerned, there is no need for them to install management software on their computer, thus preventing possible management software and computer operating system incompatibility. For users unfamiliar with the network environment, the plight of having to independently configure complex parameter settings during management software installation can also be avoided. In addition, the IoT digital signage set up involves the use of registration serial numbers, which helps prevent possible IP conflict or loss, as is seen in the fixed IP method. However, in terms of IOT digital signage usage, equipment management and monitor remain weak. In this study, the advantages of hardware and IoT digital signage players were extracted. With the digital signage management system using IoT technology as the basis, the digital signage services require no specific hardware equipment. In addition, the management system’s capabilities in digital signage equipment management and status monitoring can be enhanced, while equipment group setting convenience and group messaging flexibility can be strengthened.
