Facing with the competitions of external environment and trends of globalization, if the enterprise, regardless of its size, could take advantage of information technology to strengthen integration of business flow to make effective utilization of the organization’s resources, this will be premise of successful operation of the enterprise. However, the phenomenon of productivity paradox has made the enterprise hesitate to invest more in information technology. The main purpose of this study is to explore when the enterprise makes information technological investment if it could make use of knowledge management to significantly increase the performance of informational investment, and sequentially create maximum organizational performance and reduce the risks of investment. This research paper starts from related literature review, then bases on applied theories to establish the structure and hypotheses of this research, and chooses appropriate scales as research tool. After many tests and revision by the experts, we surveyed executed managers and supervisors who are randomly chosen from database through the snowball sampling. Then, based on the 253 valid responded samples, we tested these samples by using the Reliability Analysis, the Descriptive Statistics, the Factor Analysis, the Pearson Correlation Analysis, and the Regression Analysis. After empirical analysis and discussion, we obtain main conclusions as follows: 1.The information technological investment has significantly positive impact on performance of information system. 2.The knowledge sharing has significantly positive impact on performance of information system. Finally, the solid recommendations to information technological investment of the enterprise and future research is presented, base on the research results, for your reference. |
