中文摘要 中國改革開放後國力逐漸強盛,2013年起在「一帶一路」跨國計畫下逐漸加強對全世界之影響力,台灣在這樣的國際局勢中,近年不僅邦交國遞減,對外交往空間與手段亦不斷被限縮。
值此時期,東南亞諸國正對全世界展現出其強勁之成長力道,如今正是台灣與東南亞諸國重修友誼、建立對等交流關係之最佳時機;而日本與東南亞諸國往來時不僅能考量其本身之國家利益,更能在完善之規畫下,提出與東南亞諸國互蒙其利之交往對策,台灣可參酌日本對東南亞交流之手法,摸索出屬於自己對東南亞交流之對策與方針。
在理論上,本文試採亞力山大.溫特之社會建構主義對國家間關係進行說明,而為使推演更具體,並於論文中以自製之建構模型對各國間關係進行演繹、解說。
英文摘要 After China's reform and opening up, its national strength has gradually grown stronger. Since 2013, under the "One Belt, One Road" international plan, it has gradually strengthened its influence on the whole world. In such an international situation, in recent years, Taiwan has not only reduced its diplomatic relations, but also constantly being restricted the space and means of interaction with other countries.
During this period, Southeast Asian countries are showing their strong growth momentum to the world. Now is the best time for Taiwan and Southeast Asian countries to rebuild friendship and establish reciprocal exchanges. When Japan communicates with Southeast Asian countries, it can not only consider its own national interests, but also propose countermeasures for mutual benefit with Southeast Asian countries under the perfect plan. Taiwan can refer to Japan's way of dealing with Southeast Asia and find out its own countermeasures and policies for Southeast Asia.
In theory, this paper uses the social constructivism of Alexander Wendt to explain the relationship between countries. In order to make the deduction more specific, this thesis will use the self-construction model to interpret and explain the relationship among countries.
