對風險管理研究的方法採用定性分析方法和定量分析方法。定性分析方法是通過對風險進行調查研究與評估,做出邏輯判斷的過程,藉以提升安全意識,降低意外發生。 本研究將風險管理流程架構與製程安全評估在執行實務上的差異性作為互相比較方式,並進行資料探討之依據。由比較資料分析得到風險管理需與製程風險評估是對等的,雖然風險評估是風險管理中的一個步驟,但化學產業本身是個高度風險的產業,一個不起眼的動作或不當操作,都有可能引起無法彌補的意外,故因此在風險評估與風險控管就需與事實相符且明確,才能有效的避免風險,降低工安意外事件發生的機率。 |

The method of risk management research uses qualitative analysis methods and quantitative analysis methods. Qualitative analysis is a process of making logical judgments by investigating and evaluating risks, so as to increase safety awareness and reduce accidents.This study uses the differences in the implementation of the risk management process architecture and process safety assessment as a means of comparison with each other and the basis for data exploration. The analysis of comparative data shows that risk management needs to be equivalent to process risk assessment. Although risk assessment is a step in risk management, the chemical industry itself is a highly risky industry. An unremarkable action or improper operation is possible. Cause irreparable accidents, it is therefore necessary in the risk assessment and risk control must be consistent with the facts and clear in order to effectively avoid the risk and reduce the chance of accidents happening.The method of risk management research uses qualitative analysis methods and quantitative analysis methods.
